misleading check-in times

The hosts were cute and provided us with complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits .

Check-in times were a bit misleading as the website stated we could check-in until 9:30 PM, but we were urged to arrive by 9:00 PM without much understanding from the staff.

I was very happy with the informative and great staff and their top-notch service. The location was marvellous, for example, Queen's Park was not too far away from the hotel. Visited few places in the center, at a medium distance from the property.

The unit was spotlessly clean and equipped with a well-stocked kitchenette, awesome for a comfortable experience. The fast WiFi, along with conveniently located power points, was a notable advantage for conducting work. The hosts were great, even calling to check on my belongings after my departure, showcasing their really good service and attention to detail.

There were minor inconveniences with some lights not functioning initially.

Good location for exploring Invercargill and the Southland area, Spacious, comfortable, well equipped rooms with large bathroom and jacuzzi bath. Owners very friendly and helpful. Close to park (with aviary) which is well worth a visit. Short drive to town center. Would be happy to recommend this motel.

Family with children will enjoy this pleasant stay

The room was warm when we arrived, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was the best! It came off the hook and the pressure was so good.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Honestly, the eggs Benedict from TJ's Kitchen were next level-definitely a must-try! Our stay in the Beautiful One-Bedroom Apartment was fab, with super comfy beds and a shower that was just heavenly too. Plus, the hosts were downright legendary, going above and beyond with their warm Southern hospitality!

Not really a negative but housekeeping didn't service our room after the first night because the door hanger fell off.

The beds were unbelievably cozy and offered the best night's sleep. The staff were pretty good, even reaching out to return a forgotten tablet, which shows their genuine care .
